06/22/23-Trying to take the bus in Lisbon😯

So I thought it was time that I started learning the public transportation in Lisbon, Portugal, which is extensive and should be great once you learn how to use it.
I figured and was also advised by some fellow new-to-Lisbon piers to use Google Maps to navigate the systems.
So the first problem that you run into in Lisbon is that there are many streets without signs so it's not certain if you're on the right street, on the right side of the street and which turns to make, as there are streets that are 10 feet apart, so we had a bit of confusion as to which Metro entrances to use.
Figured that out and go down to the Metro and have to navigate the kiosk with a bunch of people behind you who are regulars, so getting very annoyed.
Finally got my credits but the card didn't look right, it was paper like a business card and no barcode......?
Figured I better try it, but didn't know which direction to enter to be on the right side of the tracks going the right direction and it was not clearly stated on Google Maps, nor was the direction stated there or at the train signs either, so could only take a 50/50 crap shoot.
Chose correctly and was on my way with little idea of where to get off, but figured that out as well.
Got off and went the wrong direction to end up on the wrong side of the street, but no big deal, just had to cross a busy intersection, which I did.
Walked to the bus stop and it arrived soon, but when the doors opened on the packed bis, 3 got out and 9 tried to get in, so no room for a tenth.
Waited about 11 minutes for the next bus.
It arrived and was somehow even more packed than the last one, them the above video happened and more people somehow got on to the point they couldn't close the doors.
They physically pulled the door shut and at least 4 people remained inside the door on the bus stairs as it took off!😖
I decided to call a Bolt because that wasn't for me...😏
